I am is a multi-faceted real estate professional, and a creative thinker, who sees new opportunities evolving in the real estate market every day.
I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with more than a decade of experience in the appraisal, real estate, and real estate-related industries. My credentials are top-notch. I strive to consistently provide the most up-to-date appraisals, and all other real estate-related information in order to help my clients make the most intelligent decisions possible.
My geographic area of expertise is lower Fairfield County, including Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, and Norwalk. I live in Stamford, Connecticut with my husband, who works with me on the appraisal side of the business. I hold a Ph.D. in Physics from my country of origin, Georgia, and I’m fluent in Georgian, Russian, and of course, English.
I’m always open to new ideas, and I love to learn. I’m continually teaching myself new ways to help my clients, and I’m constantly exploring different strategies in the real estate market, which can distinguish me from others in this field. Whether through a customized social media campaign or strategies on Facebook, my clients can relax–I’ve got them covered!
I spend a lot of time connecting with, and talking to people, because getting to know my clients on a personal level enables me to serve their needs in the most effective and resourceful way possible.
Personally, I love to keep busy. In my free time I love traveling, antiques, photography, cooking, and entertaining. Although being rewarded for a job well done is very satisfying, I believe in giving, without expecting anything in return. Helping people however I can brings me great joy.
